Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Spotless Lane LLC are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if additional work, excessive buildup, hazardous conditions, or inaccessible areas are discovered during service.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.

Spotless Lane LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers requesting cancellation or rescheduling should provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept cash, check, electronic payment, or other approved payment methods.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to water sources if required
  • Ensuring all windows and doors are securely closed
  • Removing fragile or valuable items from service areas
  • Informing us of any pre-existing property damage
  • Keeping pets and children safely away from work areas

Property Conditions & Limitations

Exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing damage, oxidation, wear, loose paint, cracked mortar, deteriorated wood, or other conditions that may not have been visible before cleaning.

Spotless Lane LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing defects
  • Improperly maintained surfaces
  • Loose siding, trim, or shingles
  • Faulty construction or installation
  • Previously damaged materials

Satisfaction Policy

We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Customers should notify us within 48 hours of service completion if they believe any area requires additional attention.
